Items required to process visa application:
- Original passport, which must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival in China, with at least one blank visa page (NOTE: amendment pages do not count as visa pages).
- A completed Visa Application Form with original signature.
- One standard passport-size photo (head shot, facing the camera, neutral background). Do not scan a photo and print it on computer, the Chinese Consulate will not accept it!
- A copy of your green card if you aren’t an American citizen.
- Payment in the form of cash, money order or check payable to: F & O Travel.
Visa Charge: $150.00 per applicant
Note: It is same price for single entry, double entry, and multiple entries.
Rush Service (next business day service): $70.00 (Additional)
Note: To enable us to provide this service, your passport and other documents must be delivered to our office by 10:00 A.M., and the visa will be ready the afternoon of the following business day. Add another business day for documents dropped off after 10:00 A.M.
Delivery Service through FedEx: $20.00 (Additional)
Note: We will send the passport to you via FedEx. You may also provide your FedEx (or other carrier) air-bill with your account number pre-filled in lieu of this mailing fee.
Notes
- You may download the China visa application form from China Consulate Website at http://www.chinaconsulatesf.org/chn/qianzhen/t312955.htm, or call us and we will be happy to fax or mail an application to you.
- Normal turnaround time at The Consulate General of China is 4working days. However, they close for both Chinese and American holidays, and additional processing time may be required. If you are departing soon, it is best to call us to double check the schedule.
- The application for a visa may be declined if the applicant fails to provide true and complete information on the visa application form. The applicant shall bear all the consequences arising there from.
